SEO & AI Growth Operator
(Legal Lead Generation)
We're hiring an SEO & AI Growth Operator to scale organic traffic, inbound leads, and AI search visibility (ChatGPT, Google SGE, Perplexity).
This is not a traditional SEO role.
You will build and execute systems that drive rankings, traffic, and most importantly—qualified leads.
What You'll Own
1. Content Execution (Core Responsibility)
- Publish 3–5 SEO pages per week using AI + editing
- Optimize for Google rankings, AI search (GEO), and conversion

- • "auto accident leads for lawyers"
- • "cost of personal injury leads"
- • competitor comparison pages
2. Internal Linking System
- Build and maintain internal linking across all pages
- Ensure authority flows to core money pages and practice area pages
3. SEO Optimization
- Use tools like Semrush / Ahrefs and Surfer SEO / Clearscope
- Optimize keyword targeting, on-page SEO, and content structure
4. AI / GEO Optimization (CRITICAL)

5. Performance Tracking
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Identify opportunities for growth
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- 30–60 pages published

- Measurable inbound leads from SEO
- Presence in AI-generated answers

Requirements
- 2–5+ years in SEO or growth
- Experience ranking pages on Google
- Strong understanding of keyword intent, on-page SEO, and internal linking
- Experience using AI tools for content

- A blog writer only
- Pure technical SEO without content ownership
- An agency account manager
- Someone who moves slowly or needs heavy direction
